icon. This printing function using the standard PCL print format to allow you
to print your loan packages without having to view them first through Acrobat
Reader. This feature is being provided in response to our users' feedback that
most Closing Agents prefer to print packages directly without viewing them first.
The only requirement to use the Print Package option is that you must have a PCL-enabled printer with dual paper trays to allow printing of both letter- and legal-size documents, which is a standard feature of most printers.
You'll be able to access this print functionality from every place within DynamicDox that you now access your document package information: the Package Search Results, Package Summary, and Package Details pages will all have links that allow you to send your documents directly to your printer. You'll also be able to print your documents as soon as you login from your email notification. As an additional enhancement, you'll be able to print multiple copies of your document package without waiting for the package file to download again for each copy.
