What are the advantages of using DynamicDox?
DynamicDox delivers legal documents any time, anywhere over the Internet. Closing agents can receive closing documents quicker than traditional overnight package delivery services.
DynamicDox also goes much further than improving the speed of document delivery, as Closing agents are able to manage their inventory of closing packages with DynamicDox workflow tools.

How secure is the information?

How does DynamicDox.com compliantly print document packages?
Adobe Acrobat Reader was chosen as the online preview format for DynamicDox.com because of its well-deserved reputation as the web-standard document format. DynamicDox has achieved compliant printing by delivering the loan package in PCL format, which automatically prints all pages in the document on the correct size paper (letter- or legal-size, as appropriate to each page). This print format requires no additional installations on the user's computer.

How do I sign up to begin using this service?
Registering with DynamicDox is quick and easy. Click the Home link on the menu bar at the top of any page, then click the Register Now! link on the Home page. Follow the on-screen instructions to register your company, your branch, and/or yourself with DynamicDox. Once registered, you will be prompted to login, access and print a test package.
How do lenders know I am registered with DynamicDox?
Whenever a lender publishes a package to DynamicDox they select the recipients of the package. If you are registered with DynamicDox, lenders will be able to select you as a recipient of the package.
It would be to your benefit to contact the Lender branch you do business with and inform them that you are registered to receive electronic document packages through DynamicDox.
There are no costs to closing agents for accessing the web site or being listed in the Directory.
What advantages does this system provide Closing Agents?
DynamicDox not only provides instant delivery of documents, it also provides workflow tools to help closing agents manage their inventory of loan packages. Packages may be searched by a variety of criteria, such as unopened packages, borrower's name, agent number, or package due date. Journals and tracking reports also allow you to better manage your workflow.
