Important: If you do not have Administrator Rights to your computer, you will not be able to install or upgrade software on it. In this case, contact your Administrator and request that your browser be upgraded to 128-bit encryption and Acrobat Reader be installed, as necessary.

128-bit Browser Encryption

128-bit encryption provides the highest Web browser security currently available to ensure the confidentiality and security of your document packages.

Determine whether or not you have 128-bit browser encryption. To display a test page which requires 128-bit encryption in a secondary window, click here.
If the test page displays, you have the required encryption. Close the secondary window.
If a 128-bit encryption error page displays, close the secondary window and use the following instructions to upgrade your browser.

Microsoft Internet Explorer and Windows 95/98/NT

Click Help on the browser menu bar, then click About Internet Explorer. Note the Version of Internet Explorer you are using, then click the OK button link to close the popup.
To display the Internet Explorer High Encryption Pack page in a secondary window, click here.
Select the appropriate combination of your version of Windows and Internet Explorer from the list box, then click the Download Now button.
Follow the online instructions to complete the upgrade.
Exit and reopen your browser after the upgrade.

Microsoft Internet Explorer and Windows 2000

To display the Windows 2000 High Encryption Pack page in a secondary window, click here.
Click the Download button and follow the online instructions to upgrade.
Exit and reopen your browser after the upgrade.

Netscape

To display the Netscape Smart Updates page in a secondary window, click here.
Click the Start Here button and follow the online instruction to select and install 128-bit Encryption.
Exit and reopen your browser after the upgrade.

AOL

Simultaneously press the Control (Ctrl) and K keys on your keyboard to display the Keyword popup.
Type the keyword 128 browser, click the Go button, and follow the online instructions to upgrade.
Exit and reopen your browser after the upgrade.

Adobe Acrobat Reader

Adobe Acrobat Reader was chosen as the online preview document format for DynamicDox because of its well-deserved reputation as the web-standard document format. To determine whether or not Acrobat Reader is installed on your computer, click here. If it is, Reader will open in a secondary window. If Reader does not open (for example, a File Download popup displays) use the following instructions to download and install Acrobat Reader.

To display the Adobe Acrobat Reader download page in a secondary window, click here.
Follow the online instructions to download and install Reader.
Note: The Reader installation may require you to restart your computer. If so, continue with Step 3 after the installation.
Close the secondary browser window.
Launch Reader and open any PDF file (File/Open). There should be a ReadMe.PDF (or similar file) in the C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat directory (or the directory in which you actually installed Acrobat Reader).
Exit Reader (File/Exit).
